Payment Processing

Payment is authorized and collected when you place your order. Orders are prepared only after payment has been successfully verified.

All prices displayed on onepiece-cake.shop are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment card is issued outside the United States, your financial institution may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. Any such fees are determined by your bank and are not controlled by One Piece Cake.

Order Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and successfully paid before 5:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, are generally processed on the same business day.

Orders submitted after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Payment Verification & Fraud Protection

To protect both our customers and our business, some orders may require additional verification before they are approved.

If necessary, we may contact you to confirm certain order details. We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order that cannot be verified or appears to involve fraudulent activity.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please review the following:

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
